Floral products are all custom-made carefully for you after receiving the order, so they cannot be returned after they are sold. 

Dear customer, thank you forchoosing our company's floral bouquet. You can choose to wrap it with water bubble base or you can choose a vase. (The type of vase is decided by our company, The price of the vase is included), When the bouquet reaches the customer, it will have a design package. In the package, you can choose to put it in a vase or in water. If you choose a vase, you do not need to remove the design wrapping paper. You can just add water directly to keep the bouquet fresh. When you decide to order a bouquet, please let us know which you prefer.

Flowers are seasonal, and the actual flowers in a bouquet may differ slightly from those in the picture. Our florists will substitute flowers of similar style, quality, and value. If our design includes vases or accessories, we may not be able to provide the exact same style as the picture. We will do our best to find suitable alternatives.

A｜Photo Style: Closely follow the website photos; flowers may vary slightly depending on the season.

B｜Designer Style: Freely designed by the florist, while keeping the packaging color similar; each bouquet is unique.

You can write A or B in the remarks. If no choice is indicated, the florist will design freely to create the most beautiful bouquet for you.
